| Greetings and
salutations! I’m the resident
casual, but I do enjoy a good game
of Mario Kart or even
stuff like Jackbox as a fun way to
bond with friends. I grew up in
the olden times of the Super NES
and Genesis, though had to use my
brother’s systems so I had no say
on games. At least, not until I
got a PC and was able to fall down
the rabbit hole of single-player
RPGs that I still reside in today.
Some of my favorite games are
Balder’s Gate, Dragon Age, Legend
of Zelda, Mass Effect, Skyrim,
Animal Crossing, Horizon Zero
Dawn, and Final Fantasy. The
weirdest game I ever played was
Darkened Skye on the
GameCube—skittles are the source
of magic? What?! Currently, I’m
working through playthroughs of
Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Stardew
Valley, and Dragon Age:
Inquisition. In general, I like
playing ranged characters,
specifically snipers if that is a
strategy. If elf is an option, I
call dibs. Yes, I’m a stereotype;
no, I don’t care. Outside of the
videogame world, I enjoy tabletop
games, spooky shit, nature (though
if allergies tell me anything,
it’s not a mutual feeling), and
books… so many books. As far as
MMOs are concerned… I’ve played
them in the past, mostly WoW and Phantasy
Star Online 1 & 2, but
I’ve just never been a big MMO
person. Though I do make
occasional appearances to hang
with the guild (waves). When I do
play, I mostly stick to DPS. |
